• What is CashBack?

    It's a simple and convenient way that we can show our appreciation to you for shopping on our website. You can choose between a prepaid Visa card that you can use anywhere or a bonus gift card that can be used on latercase.com - whichever option works best for you!

  • How can I redeem my CashBack?

    After you make a purchase that qualifies for CashBack, you'll receive an email with instructions to redeem the offer. That email will contain a form with a few details you'll need to fill out (name, date of birth, phone #, order #). Once you submit the form, you can choose between a prepaid Visa card or a bonus Latercase gift card as your CashBack offer.

  • How long does it take to get my bonus gift card?

    After you choose a CashBack offer (either prepaid Visa card or Latercase gift card), we'll send over the details of your gift card right away. It'll be eligible for use after the 60-day holding period has passed. 

  • Why is there a holding period to receive my CashBack?

    We trust you, but to make sure that fraudsters don't take advantage of the CashBack system, there's a holding period that matches our return and refund window. This holding period is 60 days. Once that time has passed, you'll be able to use your CashBack offer.

  • How do I use my CashBack gift card?
    You'll be able to choose between a Latercase gift card or a prepaid Visa card. 
     
    The Latercase gift card can be used on the payment page of our website at checkout. You'll see a field that says "Gift Card or Discount Code" - just enter the code there and press "Apply". 
     
    The prepaid Visa card can be used anywhere online that accept Visa - so pretty much everywhere. To use it, you would simply enter the card details on the checkout page just like you would use a normal debit or credit card.
  • Where can I find my CashBack gift card?

    Once you select an offer, we'll send you an email with all of the gift card details included. If you can't find that email, make sure to double-check your junk/spam folder. If you still can't find it, please reach out to our support team using the contact form linked here and we'd be happy to help.

  • Why didn't I receive my CashBack offer?
    CashBack offers can be suspended or removed for a number of different reasons. The most common reasons that you should be aware of are:
     
    Returns/Refunds: If you made a purchase that qualifies for CashBack but the order was refunded before the 60 day holding period is over, our system will suspend the offer and your CashBack credit will not be received. This includes (but is not limited to) full refunds received due a return or item damaged in transit, as well as partial refunds that would place your cart subtotal value below the $50 threshold needed to qualify for CashBack.  
     
    Discount codes: If you made a purchase that qualifies for CashBack but you also applied a discount code to your order, our system will decline the CashBack offer. Only one promotion can be used on a single order. 
  • I tried to use my CashBack prepaid Visa card, but the charge was declined. What can I do?

    The pre-paid Visa card is just like any other Visa debit card and can be refused by merchants for a number of reasons. First, make sure to check that your card still has a sufficient balance. Next, double check that you added the correct card number, name, and address details while making the transaction.
