• I didn't receive the Early Adopter Refund. What should I do?

    Only orders placed before 12 PM on December 13th are eligible for the Early Adopter Refund. In addition, it can take up to 5 business days for a refund to be posted to your account statement.

    If you placed an order before 12 PM on December 13th and did not receive a refund, please contact support.

  • How can I view my order details?

    You can view your order details by clicking the “View Order” button in your order confirmation email. This email was sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you can’t find your order receipt email, please contact support for more information.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Latercase accepts all forms of major credit and debit cards (American Express, Mastercard, and Visa), as well as express payment through Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

  • I don’t know my order number. How can I find it?

    You can find your order number by referencing the order receipt that was sent to the email address used during checkout. If you can’t find an order receipt in your inbox, it means you probably made a typo in your email address during checkout. Please contact support for further assistance.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    If an order has not shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Please contact support with your order number as soon as possible.

  • Can I return/exchange my order?

    Unused items purchased through our website can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Note that any shipping fees related to the return will not be covered by Latercase. If you would like to proceed with a return or exchange, please contact support for detailed instructions. 

  • Can I make changes to my order?

    If an order has not shipped, we may be able to modify it. Please contact support with your order number as soon as possible.

  • You issued me a refund. Why haven’t I received it yet?

    Please allow up to five business days for an issued refund to post on your account statement. If you haven’t received your refund within a calendar week of it being issued, please contact support.

  • My order is missing items. What should I do?

    If your order was missing items, please contact support to get the issue resolved.

  • I received a different case than what I ordered. What should I do?

    If you received a case for the wrong model, please contact support with a photo of what you received, as well as your order number.
